The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari

Last week my friend lend me her book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin S Sharma. I’ve read it over the weekend and found that it is an easy reading book with lots of principles and techniques to learn from.

Robin has weave the laws of attraction, meditation, diet and exercise tips and time management into a story to answer the universal question of how do you discover your destiny, live life passionately, full of energy and abundant of fulfillment and happiness.

His story is about how a renowned lawyer, Julian, who was working himself to death, managed to find the answer. It took Julian a near death heart attack to realise that he needed to slow down and reassess his life.

After Julian found the “answer” and lived it out in the Himalayan mountains, he returned to New York to teach his best friend, John how to achieve enlightenment and live life to its fullest. The principles and prescribe techniques are taught in a master to novice manner. So, if we follow the techniques diligently for 30 days, we can discover our true selves and attain passion for living, boundless energy and fulfilling happiness.

Those who don’t know the greatness of the laws of attraction and benefits of meditation should read this book. Those who don’t know how to apply the laws of attraction and meditate properly should read this book too. Robin will indirectly teach you how to discover your destiny and realign your goals in life accordingly. You need to start to change from within first, then constantly improve to be a more fulfilled and happier person.

“There is nothing noble about being superior to some other person. True nobility lies in being superior to your former self” ~ The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari
